Our firm draws on decades of partnership and leadership experience advising U.S. officials on multi-billion-dollar foreign assistance and national security initiatives.

Prior to his legal career, Adrian served honorably in the U.S. Navy and worked as a clinical nuclear medicine technologist. He also held leadership roles as a civilian clinician and department chief. That background shapes how he listens, analyzes risk, and acts with precision.

Today, our practice centers on foreign assistance and global health, alternative dispute resolution, and life and legacy estate planning. These are areas where smart legal planning creates lasting, even generational impact. We help facilitate cross-border collaboration and investment. We help resolve disputes before escalation.
